Wales Deanery is delighted to announce that Dr Neil Warren, Director of the Welsh Institute for Minimal Access Therapy (WIMAT), has been awarded Honorary Membership of the Welsh Association for Gastroenterology & Endoscopy (WAGE).
WAGE exists to support the clinical care of patients in Wales with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and liver, and those requiring diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. The honour is awarded to those who have made an outstanding contribution to gastroenterology and/or endoscopy in Wales.
Professor Derek Gallen, Postgraduate Dean of the Wales Deanery said, “I warmly congratulate Neil on this prestigious honour. It is greatly deserved given Neil’s dedication to the provision of multi-disciplinary training courses aimed at a range of surgical and medical specialities across Wales”.
